Bio: Ren is a Canadian-based ACMG Rock Guide who is passionate about finding ways to create space and opportunities for 2SLGBTQ+ climbers to experience outdoor rock climbing. Ren is non-binary and uses they/them pronouns. They value collaborative spaces and enjoy working with local community organizations and groups, such as the Crush Collective. Together they aim to create an accessible, supportive and welcoming climbing community. Ren's favourite team of the year is Banff Pride week in early October, where they can be found at a crag decorated with progress pride flags and surrounded by joyful queer climbers. They live in Canmore, Alberta, Canada.
